Island Design

In the collective exhibition “Disleño,” a representative group of Canarian designers exhibited their works, especially created for this occasion under the common premise of the Canarian identity. This exhibition of Canarian design has managed to make the public aware of the creative side of the islands.

The individual and collective experience, the island’s setting, the inherited and assimilated culture from historical and current links with Africa, Latin America and Europe, as well as the current global culture are the keys that generated a meeting of people involved in innovating, creating and providing Design in Tenerife.
