Astride between Barcelona and Tenerife, the studio design CTND NoQuietDesign starts in 2005. The tandem formed by the artist Yapci Ramos and the designer Samuel Cabrera has turned into an interesting multidisciplinary platform that uses the design as tool of creation based on an elegant speech that departs from its capacity of transform in a positive way not only spaces, objects and symbols, but the habits and ways of society.

Their sign of identity is an impeccable, easily recognizable design of simple lines and powerful images in all his works.

In 2009 they presented Tenerife Design Festival (TDF, which is going to celebrate its third edition), an event dedicated to the design, of international character with the purpose of thinking Tenerife across design by means of three fundamental axes: local identity, landscape contrasts and tourism.

Design communicates with these island elements in perfect synchronisation between international tendencies and the island’s own culture. This is a boost for industries, craftsmen, designers and in general, for the local economy by creating new ideas in the area of the graphic and industrial design that has a lasting development. With its editionsTDF turn Tenerife into a great stage presenting exhibitions, workshops, urban interventions, prizes, conferences, etc. The protagonists are, on the one hand, a selection of renowned designers and creators from all over the world and, on the other, craftsmen and local creators.
